Here is our take on the concluding lines of the poem:

"Ek khaat bichaalo apni chat par, leto, baitho, aur taare gino"

That is what we need to do.

First and foremost, find a place from where regular observations could be conviniently conducted and place a charpai or a chatai there, for regular use.
